How does one "connect" the Mind to Heart?

Some even say it's a "journey" from Mind to Heart.

There is no journey. There is no where to "go".
You are already there.
You have always been there.

You might as well ask how does one appreciate
the beauty of a sunset, or the lovely scent of a rose.
These are all gifts I have given you.

A Mind With Heart is a gift.

You need only accept it, appreciate it, and all of its benefits are yours.

(A metaphor to help you understand:

Dorothy (in The Wizard of OZ) travelled the land of OZ wearing her ruby slippers.
They were a gift, and with them she was always safe, and could return home at any time.
But it was not until she realized the true nature of this gift that she was finally able to use them.

You are wearing ruby slippers (and the Heart just happens to be red, with two chambers that "tap" or beat). Now that you know their true power you can return Home, to Me, any time you wish.

Resistance and Fear

Fear is your friend.

Do not resist it, any more than you would resist a crosswalk signal that tells you when it is safe, and when it is not safe, to go...

...any more than you would resist a siren from an ambulance, letting you know it's time to pull over and get out of the way...

...any more than you would resist a "closed" sign on a business...you would not try to break in!

Let fear guide you...

but do not BE afraid.

Remember Fear Is From Love

What is an "enemy"?

Let's say you define "enemy" as something or someone that wishes to destroy Life and Love.
Impossible!

Review the lesson on Love as a Destroyer.
Only Love can destroy.

Love can destroy Darkness, but darkness is an Illusion of lack of Love.

Remember? Even fear is of and from Love.

"Enemy" as you define it is an illusion.

Fear wishes to defend and preserve Life and Love!

Think about it.

When do you feel fear?
Only when you believe your Life and Love are threatened!

Fear lets you know you are creating Illusion of separation and loss.

This is not a bad thing!

The illusion of separation and loss, and the experience of it, gives you clarity and knowing that you and I are ONE, and that there is no "out there".

How precious is that?

But without fear you could not know the difference. Fear is your FRIEND!

You have all the time in the Universe to come to know this.

Do not BE afraid.

But feel the fear and remember, fear is a friend.

Do Not BE Afraid

When you feel grief and fear, I am not punishing you!

It is when you deny, repress, and ignore these feelings that husbands murder wives and commit suicide, that Hutus slaughter Tutsis, and Nazis kill Jews, etc. etc. etc.

These feelings are not to punish you, or cause suffering!

They exist to alert you, that you have created some illusion that you are separated from Me.

Impossible!

What I said was “don’t BE afraid”. I did not say “do not feel the fear”.

You must be able to feel it to live, but if you BECOME it, you will die!

Energy From Things

Using your Life Force as CREATOR, you have manifested all these "things".

You then attempt to draw Life Force from the things!

This is impossible!

Things receive Life Force energy from YOU.

When you attempt to receive Life Force from your creations, the flow of Life Energy to them is cut off and you experience LOSS.

You must always remember that you are CREATOR, and all of this is your Creation.
It is from You, it cannot exist without You.

As soon as you try to draw energy from something you created, or are in the process of creating, you Feel it.

As soon as you Flow energy to something you have created, or are in the process of creating, you Feel it.

This is how you know...it is All about managing vibration and energy.

You are not CONNECTED TO SOURCE...

YOU ARE SOURCE.

EGO Serves Love-Based Self

When you align with Love the EGO or fear-based self loses its power to manifest.

It "thinks" it will cease to exist or "die".

This is not possible.

As long as you choose to live in physical you will have an Ego.
But it must serve your Love-based Self.

Then, all of YOU will prosper and grow and enjoy Life.

"Fear is a Friend that's misunderstood."

This line from a song is true.

When you come from Love you will see fear as a gift and the blessing it truly is.

It will no longer run your life, or "ruin" it.

You are a team, LOVE<>FEAR.

Together you can be, do and have ANYTHING.

External Circumstance

You don't have "control" over EXTERNAL CIRCUMSTANCES, that is true.

You are the Creator, the Source.

You do not "Control" circumstance, you Create it with thought and emotions and INTENTION, which is essentially CHOICE.

You can choose what you want to Feel, and attract (actually you Activate) thought that creates Experience.

You will then Experience external conditions that reflect the Feeling you have Intended.

Have you noticed you cannot always predict what will "show up" - but that it does contain the Vibration or Emotion you Intended or Chose.

Often, you do not consciously Intend or Choose the Emotion or Feeling, but let yourSelf obsess on the Condtions and the Emotions that created them.

Choose to Be Happy...Intend to Be Happy.

Happiness will Manifest in your Experience and you will achieve "Ascension" which you now know is the embodiment of LOVE.
