Your True Power

If it is your Heart's desire
to live on a healthy planet
populated with people
at peace with themselves
and with each other...

Then allow yourself to feel
what a healthy planet might feel.

Then allow yourself to feel
what people at peace with
themselves and each other
might feel.

Even if just for a moment,
allow yourself to be the healthy planet,
and peace that your Heart desires...

And know that this moment is so much more powerful
than all the chaos you might see with your eyes,
and that chaos doesn't stand a chance
in the face of your true power.

You Are Never Alone

In Truth, you will never
be loved by an "other".

"Other" is part of the
illusion of separation.

The Love you seek
is the Love that you are.

The Love that you are
is always with you.

You are never alone.

You Can't Lose Love

The Love you feel for others
is the Love that you are.

The Love that you are
is always with you.

Love can never be lost.

Limiting Beliefs

All belief, by definition
is limiting.

It must be, to create the
illusion of separation
which makes possible the
physical experience.

That is why you are here,
to experience the illusion of separation
and to look back upon yourself, to see yourself,
and remember who you really are.

Body, Mind and Soul

There is no need to nourish
the soul or spirit.

The soul that you are
is already perfect, healthy
and whole.

Let the mind be nourished
by the spirit; then the
mind and the image of the body
which it creates will also
be perfect, healthy, and whole.

Body Images

The image others create
of you in their mind
is not who you are.

The body is an answer
to the question:

What if it were possible to be separate?

Remember who you are
and you will free your mind
from the limitations created
by the images of what you are not.

Life Is Not A Body

The physical body you wear
is like the clothing you put on in the morning.

At night, when you throw the dirty
clothes into the hamper
do you say the shirt, pants, socks,
and undies are "dead"?

Of course not!

You cannot die, because you are not a body.

The body does not die because it is not
who you are. The body is not your Life.

Collective Creating

You are one who has come to know
the true nature of your Heart,
and to experience its’ Goodness.

All are capable of this knowing, and this power.
Soon, together, all will collectively create
a world from Goodness and Love.

Freedom, Peace and Joy

As you remember Who You Are
you begin to know what you are not.

Remember who you are,
know what you are not,
and experience the freedom, inner peace, and joy that you are.
