You are not a "Victim" if you do not immediately create and manifest what you desire to experience. No one is doing anything "to you".
A child learning to ride a bike is not a "victim" just because they fall down and scrape their elbows and knees a few times!
Just get back on, and keep at it until you get it!
(and it's OK to cry and accept comfort when you get hurt)
